Dear Families, 

Hello! My name is Vanessa Morin and I will be your child’s music teacher. This is my first year teaching at Notre Dame Academy. I am extremely excited to be able to join the students within the classrooms this year and to be a part of their journey in making live music again! 

I received my Bachelors of Music degree from Montclair State University. I am a classically trained singer and also a private music instructor. 

Aside from learning new music, a huge goal of mine as a music educator is to teach the students the fundamentals of music while simultaneously encouraging them to always have fun. I strongly believe that music serves as an outlet for creativity and emotional expression for all children and plays a very important role in shaping one’s character.
